Throughout my work with individuals and teams, I’ve seen how often leadership struggles aren’t about skill or effort, but about misalignment. When people don’t understand how they naturally lead, communicate, or respond under pressure, growth feels harder than it needs to be.
Vanguard exists to bring that clarity forward.
